How do you hire your caregivers?

Prior to employment, Eucalyptus Home Care management performs thorough background checks and screenings for all of our caregivers and staff members. Throughout the week, our caregivers are monitored by Dr. Alnajjar, who oversees the custom care plan and offers any support to the caregiver, client and/or family members. Our caregivers are selected from applicants for their kindness, patience, compassion, and their experience in the medical and/or home care industries. I chose Eucalyptus Home Care and I couldn't be any happier with that decision.  Management met with me in my home and brought out the caregiver Jasmin.  She was an angel.  She was a hard worker: cleaning our loved ones' room, fixing our loved one's lunch, pushing our loved one in the transit chair along the sidewalk outside for fresh air, playing board games with our loved one, reading to our loved one. I contacted Eucalyptus and set up caregiving 3 times a week.  Shortly thereafter, my wife got worse and ended up in the ER, resulting in the need for 24/7 caregivers.
