Dr. Delair Alnajjar, M.D.

Dr. Alnajjar is a board certified family medicine physician licensed in California. Throughout his medical training and career, Dr. Alnajjar has maintained a continued focus on geriatrics and memory care, with experience in multiple nursing homes and memory care facilities. These experiences reinforced his passion for providing high quality care at home, rather than a larger facility. Dr. Alnajjar believes that well trained caregivers can help one stay at home, safely and comfortably, including through all stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. He personally trains caregivers to understand the benefits and administer the dementia therapies offered by Eucalyptus Home Care. Dr. Alnajjar has received special training in acupuncture, specifically for the symptoms and effects of dementia, and can provide this therapy throughout San Diego and Orange County.

Jim Dickson

Jim has a background in business, finance, and real estate. He grew up in Rancho Santa Fe, graduated with a finance degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and worked for a number of real estate investment companies in various cities throughout the world before returning to Rancho Santa Fe in 2023. Jim is passionate about the senior care industry and has been actively engaging in the space for the past several years. Additionally, he is a jazz piano player and often plays at retirement centers throughout San Diego County.
